Yes, keeping it simple with workouts really works. I typically do 25 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 jumping jacks, crow and headstand practice and sometimes handstand practice every day. I’m not crazy “prisoner” fit…but it doesn’t take much to stay fit without equipment. Good read, Ash.
