Yes, I totally get you!! On days when I do more strenuous workouts/hikes/bike/swim etc, I also often skip the jacks, squats, push-ups.
These past few winter months, I'm more into gentle yoga and stretch classes and I'm really enjoying the slower pace.
Yep, believe it or not, I do 25-30 full-body push-ups. However my form could use improvement and I'm not able to get fully to the ground lol..more like halfway. However, when I first started my fitness journey in 2019, I couldn't even do ONE full-body push-up! So for me, this is great progress:)
