Thanks for the info. Do you happen to have any articles about the rules for publishing photos of people? I run a publication called Six Word Photo Story Challenge. The concept is: "Can you tell a story in six words inspired by a photo taken by yourself?"
Writers must submit photos that they have taken themselves in response to monthly challenge prompts, but I do NOT allow people (other than the writers themselves) in the photo.
I've written an article about the reasons why I have this rule. I'd love your thoughts on this and any insight you can give me as to the rules surrounding publishing photos of people. I'm not an expert so it would be helpful if I got feedback from someone who is more familiar with copyright, etc.
