Thank you so much for your insight into food and cooking. Yes, we are what we eat! I try to eat healthy for the most part, but I admit, I have a fondness for sweets and chips...a nasty addiction.

I do agree that eating well helps heal injuries. Fasting can help as well.

So glad your knees healed. You made a good choice to incorporate healthy eating into your life. Sadly, I'm the only one in my house who likes leftovers, but at least it works well for me for my lunches!
