Such an honest, insightful article. I've been faced in similar situations with "bullying" where I witnessed a co-worker bully another, but didn't confront the bully. Instead I talked to my co-worker who was being bullied, to see if she was okay, and promised to stick up for her if it happened again. Unfortunately, I didn't have the courage to stick up for her the next time it happened. I was kinda scared of her myself!
