Sounds like a great benefit of retirement.

These days my commitment to achieving the best creative outcomes that I can as a photographer and writer is strengthened by the fact that I no longer need to outperform, or to look over my own shoulder (can one actually do that?) and weigh the worthiness of my creative output.
