Oh yeah, my first true love is short story fiction. When I started on Medium...I changed directions and started writing non-fiction due to it being more popular on this platform.

I miss writing fiction, and I feel like Medium has sucked me into a different style of writing, in a good way, but also sort of "interruptive way" as it sorta left me with less time to focus on fiction.

I do intend to go back to writing fiction though. Hopefully I can figure out a balance in the new year.
