Oh my, you and me are the same when it comes to sugar addiction!

So coincidentally, I started a "no sugar vow" this month. For me, I have to do cold turkey as I have no boundaries when it comes to jujubes, gummy bears, cookies...chips, etc.

I'm on day 11 and have resisted even while out with friends with dessert on the table. My goal is 30 days no sugar (processed) but still eating fruit and some carbs but no baked goodies or junk food. After 30 days of no sugar, then sugar in moderation going forward.

Yes, be proud of yourself for resisting and I hereby give you 100 points for resisting those naughty treats.

You got this! Quitting smoking and drinking are not easy feats. You can quit/reduce sugar.

Let's cheer each other on in spirit with kicking the sugar habit! Cheers, PJ and have a fab weekend!

I'm not on Medium as much these days and haven't had time to reach much beyond the stories published in my Six Word Photo Story publication, but I'm glad I took time to read your story!

And boy, those peanut m&m's.....have you ever tried them mixed in movie popcorn?...oh so GOOD..hahaha...sadly they are only a fantasy for me right now during my "no sugar vow."
