Oh Allison! I absolutely LOVE this. I've been trying to master handstand for a while!!! On and off for the past couple of years, and I so admire people who can do handstands.

Thank you so much for this inspiring post. It's not FRIVOLOUS at all! It requires focus, core strength and a ton of practice. Well done:)

Yeah, I flop often into a back bend...haha. I can handstand against the wall for 1-2 mins, and for only about 1-2 seconds (without wall). My goal is to hold it for a good solid 5 seconds or more!
