Love that you're doing handstands! I can do them against the wall for 60 seconds and hold a free scissor handstand for about 2 seconds, but I have yet to master a full straight legged free handstand for more than a millisecond.

It's a tough one to master and it's impressive that you can stay up! Well done:)

And I agree, any form of exercise is exercise!
