I totally agree with this! I try to walk instead of drive whenever possible:)

…round local parks or hiking trails, allowing kids to climb trees, look at bugs, and admire wildlife. By providing them with more outdoor experiences, they will begin to associate their environment with interest and happiness. Walking and hiking will not only keep them fit but will also avoid using cars for short walking distances.
