I still love the story. The only thing I wondered was if you saw Harry between the first time you met at age 19 until he called you to tell you he was dying (after your 33rd birthday) Was he part of your life and your children's lives during that time period? As for reads and stats, I do think it would have helped if you had more followers and promoted it more. While PS I Love You is a big, popular well-read pub, I feel that writers who do not have a huge following or presence sometimes get lost in the shuffle amongst the hundreds of stories. It may be due to the timing of your piece too...it was published just before PS I Love You was closing down and I'm sure hundreds of writers were rushing in to get their last stories published.
