I can totally relate to this...love

…e the same sort of Gen Xer as Elizabeth Raley wrote about in her post ‘The Delusion of Middle Age’. I have more energy than ever in my later life, towards the end of my menopause and in the run up to it, and have never cycled so far ever, currently 4000 k a year is my average and has been for over 4 years. Still, I am grateful to read the post by Elizabeth Raley, since it sparked this one.
