I can relate to this! I started a personal fitness journey in 2019 and I figured when I lost 20lbs, I'd be "done." When I lost the weight within my first 6 months, I realized I wasn't done.

I was satisfied with my weight loss, but I knew I needed to keep exercising in order to maintain my weight. As well, I needed to continually change up my workout routine to prevent boredom and to stay motivated.

Eventually, I created my own Facebook fitness group and inspired people to exercise with me (by checking in daily to stay accountable) alongside their own fitness journeys.

As I built strength and flexibility, it gave me confidence to embrace new challenges such as learning a headstand, crossing monkey bars, trying cold open water swimming, and attempting my first-ever triathlon.

My fitness journey is continually changing, and I'm never "done", even though I when I tell myself that this will be the last race I'll do or if I can just master a handstand or the splits, I'll be done! But I know there will be a "new challenge" around the corner that I'll create and start working on until I'm satisfied, at least, "for the moment."
