I agree with you, Alexa! There are so many benefits of walking and different ways to incorporate walking into our daily lives.
Walking is what got me started on my personal fitness journey. I was leading a pretty lazy sedentary lifestyle, and then one day, I challenged myself to walk min 10k steps per day along with no eating junk, and not eating past dinnertime for 9 days.
I lost 6 pounds.
