Hi Shereen, YAH!!!! I'm DELIGHTED to hear this. Great job with the jumping jacks challenge and keeping up with the momentum to continue the JJ.

I'm always happy to hear when people are inspired to exercise or. continue exercising.

Hmmm, if you're up for another challenge....how about adding 25, 50, or 100 daily squats?

I'm currently doing 100 squats, 25 push-ups along with the 100 jacks daily, Takes about 5 minutes in total.

Just a thought, and no obligation of course! I find sometimes that I just need a push from someone to push myself to do different exercises.

Anyways, forgive me if iI sound too "pushy" lol...I know you're a very active person anyways and may not need additional encouragement.
