Hi Bingz, have you ever thought of taking a brisk walk while your kids are taking lessons for part of the time? For me, when I was trying to slim down at the start of my fitness journey, I would go for brisk walks whenever my son had extra-curricular activities. It was hard to find the motivation as I usually liked to go for a sweet treat instead haha...but once I started walking, it got easier to develop a routine and I started loving those walks (to get frest air, exercise and think alone). Or maybe you can dance during that time? Doing exercise that you love really helps! Good luck, Bingz. Enjoy your comfort zone...this zone serves a purpose.
