Great review. I have an older Apple Watch version 871 and the one thing I dislike is that if I record any activities for a total of more than 2-3 hours in a day, the battery dies. This is especially frustrating when I do open water swimming, because a few times the battery died before I ended my swim and it didn’t record.

If I don’t record an activity for the whole day and just use it as a watch, then it will last at least 12+ hours.

I’m wondering if you can recommend an “in-between” watch that has a longer battery life when it comes to recording activities?.

I don’t need an 18day battery life and the cost of the Garmin you’re talking about is out of my price range…but something that lasts a solid 1-3 days with recording activities would be ideal!
