Confrontation makes me frazzled too. I never seem to say “the right things” or make things worse when I speak my mind. Usually I think of what I should have said or how I should’ve handled the situation a day or two later lol. It sounds like the other mom had “other personal stuff” going on in her life that perhaps hit a nerve with her or she misinterpreted your words at the timing of the call. Maybe that stuff had nothing to do with you but she was projecting her own emotions onto you. It’s hard to tell what’s going on inside with people’s heads up these days with Corona. I’ve experienced similar situations. Thanks for the read.
